Arcoprofil, established in 1976, is a company specialized in the cold forming of splines using the GROB system and cold deformation with Felss technology. Through the years, the company has continuously expanded its technical expertise by investing in advanced technologies, with the aim of driving innovation and ensuring quality at every stage of the production process. Over fifty years, Arcoprofil has developed highly refined skills, combining the technical knowledge of its engineers with the craftsmanship legacy of its founders.
Today, the company is fully equipped to manage all aspects of mechanical processing in-house, from material cutting to heat treatments, ensuring the production of high-quality finished components.
Arcoprofil has grown in parallel with the global market, expanding its international presence. Today, it exports over 99% of its production, serving markets worldwide. Key target markets include Germany, the United States, Sweden, and Brazil, with additional sales across regions such as the European Union, Central America, and the Far East, including countries like India and China.
With a highly skilled team of 150 professionals, Arcoprofil supplies major manufacturers of heavy-duty vehicles and tractors, as well as leading companies in the production of axles and shafts in the automotive, construction, logistics, and agriculture sectors.
Our history

Renato Casolin and his wife Valeria founded Arcotex, a company specialized in the maintenance of machinery for the textile industry. In the following years, new business opportunities were identified in a different market: with the purchase of GROB roll-forming machines, the company entered the mechanical sector, specializing in the production of cold-rolled shafts.
In 1976, the company became known as Arcoprofil.

The founder’s children joined him in the company’s management, and with their support, the machine fleet was expanded, and all stages of the production process were integrated.
The production of fully in-house finished mechanical shafts began.

Arcoprofil becomes a global player, not only present in Europe but also worldwide. It begins supplying ZF in Germany and establishes new business relationships with Scania, Husqvarna, and Stihl, expanding into the markets of Sweden, the United States, and Brazil.
The company achieves ISO 9001 certification in 1998.

In 2002, Arcoprofil obtained ISO 14001 environmental certification.
In 2006, Arcoprofil became the first company in Italy to invest in an innovative cold deformation plant for splined profiles from the German company Felss, significantly improving efficiency and expanding its product range.
New supply agreeements with Claas and John Deere began.
In 2008, the company achieved IATF 16949 certification, specific for the automotive sector.

Commercial relationships are established with the prestigious brands Caterpillar and Daimler.
Exports soar to 98%, and revenue reaches 16.5 million euros.

In 2022, Arcoprofil inaugurated its new headquarters and established the Arcoprofil F&G division, specialised in suppling of gardening components.
Revenue exceeded 34 million euros.
Arcoprofil obtains important sustainability ratings from Ecovadis and NQC SAQ 5.0.
