Product quality is ensured through strict inspection and control procedures carried out within Arcoprofil’s two in-house laboratories, fully dedicated to quality assurance and process validation.

Within the metrology room, all dimensional and surface finish measurements are performed using highly accurate and reliable inspection equipment, including an analytical gear checking machine and two coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). These advanced systems guarantee precise verification of tolerances and geometries for high-precision mechanical components.

The metallurgical laboratory is dedicated to material testing and analysis, where hardness tests, microstructural examinations, and austenitic grain size evaluations are carried out. These analyses ensure compliance with technical specifications and confirm the mechanical and metallurgical properties required for demanding industrial applications.
