By directly managing critical processes such as cutting, turning, splining, heat treatment, and grinding in-house, without outsourcing, Arcoprofil ensures maximum flexibility throughout the entire production chain. This integrated approach enables the company to efficiently meet the specific technical requirements of each customer, while maintaining high quality and reliability standards.

The new drive shafts production facility currently covers an area of 12,000 m² and is equipped with the most advanced technologies in mechanical engineering and industrial automation, positioning Arcoprofil as a reliable and innovative partner in the manufacturing of high-precision mechanical components.

Tailor-made Production

At Arcoprofil, drive shafts production is not a standard process: each component is manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements.

We also provide technical support in selecting the best material for the drive shafts production and optimizing the production process while adhering to the quality standards specified in the design.

Our drive shats production is focused on medium-series, ranging from 50 to 5,000 units, but we also ensure smaller supplies for spare parts or prototypes.
